The leather used in the Challenger Western Stock saddles is Herman Oak, which is widely considered the best quality skirting leather for the manufacture of custom saddles.

We drive 6 hours to hand pick each side of leather from the warehouse to ensure we are getting you the best side of leather available.

Saddles come mounted with latigos, anti-gald girth (30’’-32’’-34’’) And 2.5’’ platinum campdraft oxbows

Seamed seat on a webbing strained seat that’s covered in orthopaedics foam

Fenders with or with-out Nevada Twist.

Stirrup bars standard

Hand made timber tree Fiberglass covered (rawhide add $500)

Wool Felt-lined

stainless steel hardware

Comes with JWP conchos and stamped rear jockeys

Stainless steel 3-way rigging (or rigging of choice)

smooth or rough-out leather, or a combination of both.

All saddles are custom made, one at a time, so if you have any alterations most can be accommodated.
